About Me

Based in St Helens, I offer healing services on the beautiful north east coast of Tasmania.

I am a fully accredited Reiki practitioner and teacher (Master level) in Usui Shiki Ryoho, or the traditional school of the Usui System of Natural Healing, known in the West as Reiki. My work is supported by extensive spiritual training and a deep commitment to compassionate, heart-centred healing.

Background & Approach

I have always felt a profound connection to the natural world, along with a deep resonance with sound and colour. Over time, these innate abilities deepened and evolved into an understanding of how to channel and work with energy —  frequency and vibration — to activate holistic healing through energy clearing, chakra balancing, and total energy system synergy.

Becoming a healer was a natural progression for me. My approach is intuitive yet grounded, offering a safe, nurturing and supportive space for restoration, alignment, and personal wellbeing.
